Softball and Skating Parties

When I am asked to play shortstop for our softball team, you know we are in trouble. And that described our game tonight. Between players out of town, hurting their backs, and having a birthday party on game night. (Not sure about that one) We were down to a faithful few. We had fun (I think), but we didn't look like the team of the last two weeks. Then players started getting hurt before and during the game. I hope you guys get well soon. Not a whole lot of spiritual insight on this one except that I am glad our salvation doesn't depend on our softball play or anything else we can do for ourselves. But thank you Lord that we can get out and play. Let's not take that for granted. Nor should we take for granted other blessings God sends our way. But the blessing of playing shortstop again..... I can do without that.

Well, it was an interesting game. You could tell that you guys were off your game. I guess all vacations and travel should be postponed during ball season. Better luck next time. And what's up with the skating rink birthday party?

I pulled my ego in the 7th inning. I took 4 tablets of Giveness. At least That was what I was told to do, was find four Giveness. I am not sure it worked my ego is still crushed and I am seem irratable. I hope the week off will cure my ailments. I might be out for the next game, I was thinking about taking basket weaving at TSTC.
